Your responsibilities
- You organize the production activities. All technical questions from production are followed up by you.
- You check the drawings that are supplied from engineering and you process them in our system. You also process the stock in the system.
- You prepare the work instructions for production via a manual. You determine how all components should be mounted and with which tools this should be done. You watch over quality and safety.
- You get to know the production process through and through and you launch improvement proposals, both for the design and for the production methods.
- You calculate the cost price for production based on the work preparation data.
Your skillset
- A Master degree with a scientific background with minimal 5 years of experience in production
- Accurate (small volumes, strict measurements)
- Experience in continuous improvement
- Proactive mindset
- Organisation skills
- Scientific writing
- Excellent communication skills
- Professionally fluent in Dutch and English
